I'm surprised I can't find the answer on my own. I just ordered a Gen5 Whipple Stg2 Kit w/ Tune Delete and Long Tubes from BeefCAKE BeefCAKE! With a Custom Dyno tune, what should I expect for rwhp and what's the smallest pulley I can run on 93?

I have of course, found plenty of the other Gen2.9's but nothing for this setup mostly stock.

The car is simple, PP GT with Stock '16 longblock, RST Clutch with Aluminum FW, x-pipe & an Axle back. Still has the 3:73's. (Chassis and Suspension are done minus the tires.)

Lund will likely only want to go 3.5 or 3.625.

650-680 depending on fuel

Well, that would be disappointing. I guess I'll need to step into a fuel system sooner than I thought.

The 3.73s are going to be a handful and a half even at 650 wheel, especially if you’re on street tires. Don’t fixate too much on the power numbers because I think you will be surprised how much you will need/want to shore up before you worry about beefing up the fuel system and pushing the numbers higher.

You don’t want to go more then 10psi (the headers will help lower that)

I had full stainless works headers, h pipe, cat back. From what I was told the 3.625 was lowest you could go on 93. Had I swapped to E85, then the skys the limit on pulleying down. And yes, I had the triple pump fuel system for whatever direction I wanted to go. E85 was not readily available in my area so I just stay on 93. Trust me, the car was/is no slouch with the 3.625 pulley on 93.

Even if you could find someone to tune for that setup, you’re seriously playing with fire and you could easily blow it up.

Seems like the newer blower guys Gen 4/5s are hitting 700 on pump gas with custom tunes.

I hit 680rwhp on Whipple tune with a splash of boostane.

(3.875 pulley and mak Off-road)

If I had revved it higher it would have hit 700.
