Hey i decided to do a single pump F90000295 535LPH single pump set up on my mustang over the dw400 as they flow a bit better but have now figured out that this may not work.

The DW400 has the venturi outlet that runs to the bottom of the bucket like the stock pump.
The 535LPH TI/Walbro just has a outlet feed and no venturi

Can i make this work?

You're going to have 2 problems with this pump.

1) You'll need to T or Y off to your jet siphon line, otherwise you won't be able to pull fuel from the passive/passenger side tank saddle.

2) The 295 has no internal check valve, so you're going to have to run an external check valve fairly close to the pump otherwise you're going to get grumpy starts and possibly voids in the fuel lines at startup or until it works them out with continuous flow.

Thanks heaps for the reply, ive got the check valve sorted, could I do something like this?
Sorry for the crude drawing, It's using this product from radium http://www.radiumauto.com/Venturi-Jet-Pump-Kit-P760.aspx

I would personally route the outflow of the syphon side to the bottom of the bucket. They sell a duckbill nozzle if you're worried about aeration. Just more insurance against the bucket going dry.

Shouldn't the syphon be a minimum of 1/2" ?

Depends on which part you're referring.

The nipple on most pumps that have it is very small, it's more about the velocity of the fluid than the giant flow. The radium kit he references is an improved design with variable jets. On the uptake side (the hose that comes from the pickup on the passenger side, over the saddle and up to the jet) yes, the larger the better to minimize any fluid friction losses. But on the high pressure side, I think 3/8 or better is just fine.

See how he has the syphon out back into the bucket? The white line is to hook up to the line that comes from the passenger side.
Perfect that all makes sense! Im not sure why hes used the gold adapter as they've specifically got one thats more restrictive and doesn't affect flow for non return set ups.

So basically:
Duckbill outlet back into the bucket.

and then tap the white line into this line:

IS there a way to tap that white line inside the bucket? eg the stock black Venturi pipe or is that going to be a double Venturi?

Appreciate all the help!

Ok Hold up. The Venturi only keeps the bucket full of fuel. It has nothing to do with pulling fuel from the other side. That’s done separately at the bottom of the bucket.
T off the pressure line with a small line to replace the Venturi and don’t touch anything else. The fuel will come from the other side just fine. I have two 285 walbros and it siphons just fine

Hey Jackson, yeah that's what I thought, so the original diagram I have should be correct?

eg Final thing would look like so

Just a T fitting coming off of the line coming from the pump like this

Oh wow, that's all?
Shouldn't there be suction coming from a Venturi outlet? that would just be dumping 50% of the fuel and I would be losing half the pressure to the feed?

You only want a very small line tapping into the fuel line. It is only the for when the tank is low. That way even when your tank is low the pump is still covered with fuel. It doesn’t really do a Venturi effect
