I'm looking to see what kind of specific fuel mods you guys would recommend for someone looking to hit ~800whp on 93 oct using a 6266 Hellion TT kit, stock motor WITHOUT the use of E85.

Yes, I know with E85 it would be much, much easier, but I simply don't have it in my area. I've not really seen any posts from people looking to gain more than 700whp on 93 but less than 900-1k whp. Most of the threads I have seen relating to TT setups over 800whp on 93 are using built engines and all shooting for 900+, so their fuel setups are ultimately overkill for what I'm wanting to do.

I also looked at this recent thread https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/how-good-is-93-with-boost.133480/ discussing 93 oct and F/I setups in general, with responses ranging from 700-750whp, but then I see Hellion themselves come out and claim 1000whp on 93, so you can kind of see where this is a bit confusing to someone who doesn't have experience pushing this particular engine setup on 93.

Ultimately, I'd rather not overkill my fueling needs by paying hundreds if not thousands extra on supplying enough fuel for my power goals. Let me know what you guys think... Thanks!

I have the same desire!!! My combination it's similar (Hellion Street Sleeper BB Hellion Brand Options 6266). In some days I will go to the dyno for test the car. Now I'm awaiting for Deachwerk send me back the DW400 with the check valve for install and test the car with Lund tune. My fuel combination : (DW400, DW95 injectors,VMP pump booster,(Fore fuel Rails for 2018-2020 looks big and awesome). I home some ponys on the dyno.

I was able to use the stock fuel pump with a BAP to around 10psi on my TT with 50/50 e85/93, and at around 6,500rpm to 7,000rpm the fuel would begin to drift off toward lean because the fuel pump was running out off steam. So with pure 93 you might be good all the way to 7,500rpm or more.

Eventually you’ll end up getting a return style system because the fuel pressure is easier to tune and tracks linear to boost pressure.

I am not too sure you will get to 800 wheel with 93 octane, unless you do that system hellion posted a week ago, and I think that is over 4k.

Please link any other threads focusing on fuel setup for 800whp TT with 93 octane instead of E85. Not 1000whp, not 700whp and not using a S/C. Thanks in advance.
I’ll pass.

It’s not about supplying enough fuel. It’s about Not having enough octane. Run race gas or trust your engine to meth injection/ 93. Only options.

before it’s said.. I dunno about the di pump that hellion posted. It’s new and unproven with normal people at this point. I’m not saying it isn’t possible.

Why? Lund used 1000cc injectors on theirs, so the stockers must be same dimensions as coyotes. I think the pump is like a gt350 with a different hat with essentially a bap that holds a lot.

I wasn't talking about thed injectors I was thinking the fuel pump and rails. I dont think its just a gt350 pump with a bap yolodouchebag was saying its 2 fuel pumps.

I dont think an oe would use a BAP setup versus just get a larger fuel pump from a supplier.

I very well could have misheard Lund jr. Thought he said the hat was holding over 100. I thought the gt350 was dual pump?

The problem with your statement is that hellion has already surpassed 800 and 900whp with 93 oct.

If they hadn't then I would agree with you.
