I have a Turbosmart dual port bov that was on my car for just over 2 weeks. Turns out that the sounds isn't for me. Everything the package originally came with is included and I'll add in some new zip ties as well. $200 shipped OBO.

No I had no surge after adjusting it a little. From what I understand, surging was predominately seen with the earlier model that had a different vacuum tap.
