yes the Lund Tunes is "married" to his VIN. you pay Lund for the unlock and new tune.

My apologies to those who missed out. I had so many pm's sent to me about this and many were over lapping. It was not intentional and it was sold for the $250 I was asking for. It did not go to the highest bidder. I just wanted to make sure you knew that it was just a miscommunication thing. Plus I had people tell me they wanted it and then backed out. Lot's of pm's!!! Simply put it went to the first guy who pm'd me and who sent payment confirmation first, which ended up being the same guy.
