Hello all,

Just removed wheels, rotors and caliper for a powder coating on the calipers. I saw grease zerts on the lower arms. Can someone please tell me what would be the best grease type and manufacturer to use in my grease gun ? I don't remember for the rear but as there is zets , i'd like to make sure they are full of grease! Thanks for any imput! Maybe there is more than just 1 but will look carefully when fulfilling those ones!

Really? I did not think there were any grease fittings on any cars anymore. In any event, any good quality EP (extreme pressure) grease should suffice.

Sorry John ! Not sure about the real name even in french! Some says Zert, others says zot !! For sure this is for the lower driver's arm. COmpare to the one on the passenger side, this is for sure and aftermarket!

Did you run a carfax?
Any reported crash damage?
Can't imagine replacing only 1 control arm.

If anything you got really lucky you can maintain your ball joints, the "forever" grease they put into modern cars now make no sense to me.

Yes Carfax was perfect but this is me who replaced that arm last year when bought the car. There were no OEM available at that moment and when the NAPA garage installed the jobber one, ( there were a loose and noise with the original one) I didn't looked at it until last week end!
