Our good custom Heinz picked up his new 2019 Mustang GT from his local dealership in Canada, he loaded it on a trailer and brought it straight down to our installation partners at Finish Line Performance.

We installed a Whipple Gen5 Supercharger, ID 1050x, Fore E85 Fuel System, and then Lund went to work tuning it. Once the TBR / FLP rollers were finished, the car laid down 817rwhp and 630 ft/lbs.

For suspension, we added a Steeda Ulitmate Stop the hop kit along with some Weld Wheels and Mickey Thompson Tires.

The front was set up with a set of Baer Drag brakes to shed 60lbs off the front end. Heinz then loaded up the car and headed back to Canada.

Not one to waste time, Heinz decided to stop at Milan Dragway in Michigan to test out the new ride. Right off the trailer, Heinz was rewarded with a 9.79! Not to shabby, in less than 2 weeks time from Showroom to 9's!!!!

Hey Guys, Here is some info on the car....

I was only able to quick roll the throttle off the line at my local home track, i think the A10 paired with 355 is a super steep first couple of gears and smashing the throttle and hooking was out of the question....the best 60' was a 1.56 on that very 9.79 pass...the mph was 143 into a head wind so im quite happy....it went 146.41 mph on a no wind day but a 9.80 with a 1.64 60' with a the following weekend.... if you have any other questions about the car or the build feel free to ask....

Let me take a wild guess here...another boringmatic...:cwl:
just wondering if you have driven a well tuned 11-19 Auto? alot of people knock it but have never tried one.....the new cars do everything and then some and are just as much fun....the manual transmissions in the 11+ arent called the glass mt82 for nothing....and for anyone that thinks i bought an Auto cuz i cant drive well ill tell you i smash gears with anyone out there.....my 2014 went 9.90 at 140 with just 725 wheel hp. stock injectors, stock fuel system and a gen 2 vmp blower....ive seen folks with 800+ Shelbys not be able to run 9's..... here you go so there is no doubt i will toot my own horn in the gear smashing department.....and after having several 11-14 6r80 cars and now a pair of 18+ A10 cars i will always opt for the auto over the stick whenever available.....

yes, it is a touch slower ET wise because i basically have to leave off idle at my home track to avoid raping the tires for 200 feet....it went 9.91 at 148.4 with a 1.76 60' lol. its forsure a low 9 sec car with good prep and using the transbrake leaving on boost....

Nice. I'd like to see Heinz's overall comparison on how he likes the Whipple vs the previous Vortech and then Hellion turbo route.
will have to wait til next season, our season is over here in Ontario and i just havent had the new car/cars out enough...the 2015 with the vortech JT Trim was incredibly fast for what it was...9.40 at 146.8 stock motor stock trans with 3c and stock halfshafts (1.33 60').....if either of these new cars could match that 60' they would be 9.25-9.30 cars with the 10 speed imo
