They are both equal quality. Forgestar offers customizable offsets and more width options. Both are about the same weight and are both rotary forged meaning the center is cast but the barrel is forged. Choose based on style and size.

Both the Forgestars and TSW Interlagos are rotary forged, so they utilize the same manufacturing process and quality is comparable.
As Grimace mentioned, Forgestars are available with custom offsets and a powdercoat finish of your choice.
The Forgestars also feature deep concavity, while the Interlagos have a flat profile.
