How does one accrue Ford points that can be applied to these things for reduced cost?
You get 42000 points when you buy a new ford, you get points when you pay for service work at ford dealer or buy parts and accessories from a ford dealer.

I actually resolved it this morning. I guess it is the FordPass Rewards discount that glitches the system. When I omitted it, the payment went through. Thank you for replying, though.
Hi. I emailed your dealership and requested information about the cost of an Ford extended warranty and after the reply the person never responded back? This was not the customer service I was execting.

So we’re you able to use the Fordpass rewards for a discount? I enter my points in Step 3 but it does not convert to a dollar amount or reduce the cost

I called them on Friday, was told that the person who handles the warranty was on vacation. I asked if there was anyone else in the office that can handle the transaction and I was told no. I was ready to buy the warranty right then and there. I called another dealership and got the same price that Granger was selling theirs for.

Well, it says insufficient funds, I know funds are there (plenty). Is this part of the payment portal problems?
