Brand new Ford part and comes with new longer mounting bolts to offset extra depth of this part against the back of your spoiler. Painted Ford Absolute Black from the factory and not simply just cheap bare black plastic. All foam backing spacers are intact. The nicer reproduction replicas of these go for $200 + shipping.
