Ford OEM Black Emblems for 2016 Mustang

The GT on the back OEM is going to be with the decklid panel as one part, and a few hundred bucks ($850 or so). Not worth it.

The OEM 5.0 logos gloss black are $30/piece from Levittown. Front Pony is $45. You're talking $105 on the front and 2 sides alone.

People have been running UPR badges for years without issue. They're all just plastic at the end of the day.

UPS sides are $40 for the pair. Frankly instead of $45 for the front poy a $6 can of black Plastidip works fine (mine's been on a year and still looks perfect). You cant really see the front pony anyway with the lip of the car nose hanging over. Seems like a waste of $40 more.

You can be at $46-47 for all 3 instead of $105.

Has anyone been able to install the OEM Black pony in the front grill without breaking off the pins? I watched CJ Pony Parts video and he made it look easy. The issue I had is that the holes on the securing clips are so tight that when I tried to put them on I kept snapping the plastic pins. I ordered another one with a new set of clips and the same thing happened. Eventually I just ended up using 3M tape to secure the emblem, but I'm curious to know if there is some trick to getting it on without breaking it that I just couldn't figure out.

I used the UPR pony emblem. It has double sided tape and no need to worry about those plastic clips.

Cool, wish I would've known beforehand. But, it's been holding up pretty well so far.

I will post pics of mine when they are all in. They were on backorder for a month or so. They are gloss I believe btw. I have a pp guard can't believe the oe emblems aren't black
