I mean, what is the class? Can the Challenger really be considered the same class as the Mustang and Camaro? It's a LOT bigger, even if they're all more like Muscle Cars and not the Pony Cars of yore.

Well, it’s higher HP than the ZL1, Z06, ZR1, and non-Redeye Hellcats, so it’s pretty far from “last place”.

I was sure they’d match the ZR1, but they pulled another beat GM by 5HP

300 more HP vs. a standard GT, wow. Also as I suspected they exceeded the old GT500 by __almost__ 100HP (and with the DCT and upgraded aero, brakes it will be handing out some ass whoopins)

The GT500 is last place in torque though and even less than the 13-14 GT500 at 631. While I’m happy with the HP I’m concerned the DCT might be at the limit already with that torque rating.

Yep, still not impressed with this car. I'll be impressed if it somehow ends up being under 4000lbs, which I highly doubt it will

780 or 790 would've had me impressed. 760 is expected

Yes. Under 4000 possible but if it is, will be barely.

Same way the Demon and Redeye does. I am hoping it comes with modes similar like trans brake and a detailed drag mode. Ford may offer a special wheel/tire combo package for drag racing only similar to what Dodge does.

Coming to a Cars and Coffee near you. I believe it will hook up like the 350 in some ways. very forgiving.
