Ford ESP Warranty Plan Price Increase (Updated)

Bad news, the 2020/21 GT500 has been relisted with the 2020 GT350/GT350 to the highest tier and it has caused a substantially increase in the price.

Here is the new pricing.

Those prices went through the roof. They didnt go up 5%. I should have jumped when I had the chance. A 8 yr/100K warranty was about $1400. Now its $5,000

Holy crap. Glad I got my 8/75,000 with key replacement for $1160. SO glad I pulled the trigger, thats not 5% that nearly 3x the original amount!!!

Stores? Do you mean dealerships? I know dealerships were offering the Ext warranty when it was $1080 they wanted $3000, so if anything they are going to charge probably $9k.

I would like to know the reason behind this..... it seems pretty abrupt. I have been using Flood Ford warranties for 15+ years. I have never seen prices this high. Admittedly I have never owned a Shelby Mustang before. Perhaps thats why I have not seen these high prices before.

Have the Shelby GT350 & 350R plans been expensive in the past?

Yep 500 went from a class C (same as GT) to a class J which is the highest tier. Joining the 350 in that category

3 of my cars in the past, I've gone with Flood Ford for ESPs.
You guys may want to check out Zeigler Ford service plan prices. This is most likely who I'll go with.
I'm not one to pile on the mileage so the 8-36K will work for me.
