Yes because Ferrari, Lambo etc are part of Fiat/VW group means they do not need to curtail emissions to the same extent. Seems pretty unfair to me.
It depends what the market desire. Lets see what happens.

Plenty of good Ford cars other than the RS Focus. Plenty are desirable - just depends what you desire !

I agree to an extent Ford make some good cars for the UK market, unfortunately Ford don't make a great deal that are particularly exciting now they have shelved any plans for a new Focus RS. The new Focus ST is a decent drive but its expensive even after discounts for what it is, it lacks any feeling of specialness and IMO falls way short of the new BMW M135i, the difference in cost isn't as much as people think, but to be honest i am not a massive fan of either. The last decent Focus ST was the mark 2 (or in fact only decent ST), since then its been downhill for me.
