When I bought my Mustang I was asked to fill out a service form for a few months in advance. That time has come and I took my car in and it was an oil change... I only have 1700 miles so I dont really need one. I *though* that it was a typical new car check in after purchase. Almost every other car I have bought has had this, they want you to bring it in after the first few months and check it out for any issues from manufacture. Does Ford not do this? This is probably one reason the other companies have higher reliability rankings, if they find an issue it gets take care of before bit becomes a big issue.
