Hello. For sale is an aftermarket amplifier harness used to easily connect an amp to your factory radio, similar to this one

I don't have the bluetooth dongle but those can be picked up cheap and then I just believe you use Forscan to make any adjustments that are needed.

Good question. I believe it does based on the link I attached. From that website "All Ford vehicles with the MyFord, MyFord Touch, Sync, or Sync3 system" Please review that page and make sure it seems like it will work for you.
