Went with the advice of this thread myself last week. The sound puts a smile on my face. May do an axle back...but not sure there is a need to! This should probably be in the first 3 mods.

I have the Steeda X pipe and absolutely love it, might switch it up and order a H pipe

I ordered a Steeda myself. Received it in a day. Took it to the shop since I have no lift. Put it on in no time. They didnt weld. Clamps seem to be good enough.
Steedas h pipes are great because you dont have to mess with the heat shields on the 18/19s like you do with other ones.
I like how it sounds like stock, but amped up and not annoying. It's not to loud either. Really happy with it.
The Steeda H-pipe is phenomenal with active valve exhaust; I always get great comments.

Great review! I'm gonna be picking up an x pipe from them in a few days. :)

dual mode exhaust and the H pipe is enough for me, leaving it alone for now as far as exhaust goes.....

Just installed the Steeda H pipe on my 19 GT with active exhaust. Wow! What a freaking difference- this is how Ford should have delivered our cars with the optional active exhaust. We get to choose quiet, louder and “wake-up”! The volume and tone are perfect !

FWIW, I started with an X and changed to an H...wouldn't have switched to the H had I known how little difference there was, but that's just my opinion. They both sound good.

Installing my H-pipe on Saturday! Any power gains from a mid-pipe?

I didn’t notice any gains... maybe a dyno could have picked a little out.

Steeda H-pipe with active exhaust here. Love the sounds, and the capability to change it based on time of day, etc. Couldn't be happier with the decision.

Did you all just cut the pipe on the car with the catback intact? Seems easier that way instead of dropping the catback too. I'll be doing mine in my driveway so the easier the better.

Took my exhaust out completely, just used jackstands. Couldn't get the car up high enough to use the sawzall with the exhaust still installed.
