Can anyone explain to me the purpose of those little plastic flaps in front of the rear wheels? They look kind of like mud flaps, but can't imagine that would help much in front of the wheel. A Google search showed that it might have something to do with aerodynamics, but what kind of a difference are they really making? I really don't like the look and was considering removing them. Will this make any difference?
