First time down the strip with the 19 Stang

Well guys, I decided to take my car to the track for the first time. 2019 GT A10 Premium magnaride full optioned. Car was run with FULL interior and 5gals of E85 at start. Honestly, I was just looking to get an 11.9 but ended with a high 11.5. My best speed was 124mph so I guess the time can be improved. Super happy with the car.

Nicely done. Seems right about right to me. I ran 11.47 with similar mods in a much lighter car (Base with weight reduction 2020 A10) at nearly 126mph trap, but I wasn't hooking up, 1.91 60 ft. I''ll do what it takes to run 10.90s in cool air and hooking on more serious tires/prep. You've got a few tenths in better air yourself. Optioned and full weight, it will be hard to run 10s.

My plan is to try it after installing the cams and getting a full drag pack wheel/tire combo. If the 10's don't come then is all good. I want to see what a full weight full optioned car is capable. The future for this car is to make it Whippled or Procharger.

I went the opposite. I just installed the Whipple stage 2 Supercharger myself and couldn't be happier. Tons of power. Now on to Wheels and suspension.
