Be aware the speed limits in Switz.. They are extremely insane. :rant:I wouldn't mind changing the location for next year. Switzerland would be great too!
You already have to pay in countries like Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Moldova, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland as foreigners. Don't see why at least their cars shouldn't have to pay in Germany.Switzerland ... hmm, that's over an over 7 hours drive just to get to Basel. (which is probably the closest town from our neck of the woods.)
Ow, and another thing to remember, next year we may need to pay for a pass to drive on the Autobahn as foreigners. :frusty:
Edit: I am not sure if those plans are on hold at the moment due to legal battles with Brussels ... (last thing I heard it would be in effect at 1st of jan 2016)
Frankfurt is just under 5 hours, so that should be doable for me.If we can agree to Frankfurt as the location for next year, I will volunteer to organize everything.
I told already all the guys how it is here...Be aware the speed limits in Switz.. They are extremely insane.

Glad you had a great time here in Italy! :cheers:Well done on the meet guys, looks like a great time was had with a pile of Mustangs
I'm looking to do the Mille Miglia route next autumn so a meet with some northern and Southern Europeans would be on the cards for me. I'm just back from Bologna, fantastic city.
As I live in the frozen wasteland of Scotland, I'll be ferrying it from Newcastle to Holland, then go through Germany and Austria on the way down to Bologna. I've got some friends in that region and one or two in Milan.
I've done a few big euro tours in the past and the worst bit has always been the drive down to the south of England for the ports, worse still on the way back!!
So watch out for a Scottish Ruby Red, tearing up the Tarmac next autumn
Keeping it at 120 with ONE mustang is OK, but with a convoy of more then 10 mustang ... No way ! :lol:I'll start a poll so everybody can vote...have to figure out how this works.
My feeling is we should keep one near or in lux and one in southern france..
CH don't look ok speedwise. Keeping it at 120 with a mustang is really really challenging...
