I can sacrifice 1.87 I just cant give up 2.5+ 🤣🤣🤣
8W7s only require 1.0 cubes per sub. Surely you can do an underseat ported box for that size? If you do forward firing you can use round ports on either side or in the middle.

Well, I ran into another hick-up today. The crew goes to tune the system and for some reason no volume control works, not the one on the head unit or the steering wheel controls. I said the heck with it and made an appointment next week for them to troubleshoot/fix the entire installation and do the tuning. I will plan to leave the car with them for a couple of days.

What are you using for integration?

That could very well be the problem. I actually forgot to check if they were correct.

Start there as that’s the first interruption to the signal path. Also, are you using the toslink or RCAs? If you’re using RCA make sure you have the output voltage set correctly. Some amps can’t take in 5V and if I recall that’s the factory setting for the dip switch. Also make sure the bass/chime knob is plugged in.
