I use Meguiars Carnauba Plus premium paste wax it's just fantastic especially after clay barring. It's hard to beat the smell of carnauba wax.

Nothing as fancy as a wax or body cleaning product, but I got a "Tub-O-Towels" to try out for hand cleaning when working on suspension & brake stuff under the car. Then I tried wiping off greasy parts with it. It works! Brake dust and oil on suspension parts.Transmissions, oil pans, calipers, inside of wheels. It Works! I haven't found anything those little towels won't clean, they're amazing! They come in two different sizes. A small container you can throw in the trunk to wipe your hands off with (if you get nearly ANYTHING on them), and a larger jug with restaurant napkin size towels for cleaning anything else. They are heavy paper towel stuff with some kind of magic soap embedded into them. Wipe nasty stuff off and toss them in the trash. You can then just wipe your hands dry with a regular paper towel and it's as good as using any hand cleaner I've ever found and not nearly as smelly or messy. I got a big tub for the garage and carry a small one in the trunk. You can even wipe your kids hands and face with them on a pick-nick.
