Hey guys!!

We have been working on our final production twin turbo kit and I wanted to share some progress. The kit will have a few changes from the custom kits we have been doing. These are the parts that will be used in our 800R, 1000R and 1200R turbo packages.

We now have custom mandrel bent header tubes that we fit up and weld in house using our 304 Stainless Steel billet collector. Billet collectors add a ton of strength and durability. All the runners are heavy wall 304 stainless to withstand the abuse of a high horsepower turbo setup.

This is the very first set of our turbo headers being mocked up to be welded.

We are also switching to Xona Rotor turbos. This is a collaboration between Tial Sport and Forced Performance Turbochargers and their brainchild is a badass turbo has a billet center section, ball bearing center cartridge, billet compressor wheel, anti surge compressor cover and a stainless steel turbine housing!! Plus they are just beautiful.

Tony's One Bad GT350 #98 is the 1st car to receive these updates and we are excited to get it on the dyno for some testing. Stay tuned for some more development pics and info.

I am always excited to see additional competition in the turbo world. Will those turbos require oil or are they like the comp turbos? It could be the photo but that header looks really close to the motor mount and K member.

The turbos can be fed by both oil and coolant, however we will only use oil.

What are the biggest you can fit down there Ben?

Also are there any pipes running under the K-member?

is there a reason for what looks like threads where the inlets meet on the collector? like can you put a sensor there or something?

the setup looks amazing. curious how those turbos will perform.

What camera set up was used for these photos? Your images are ALWAYS on point.

Interested to hear pricing on the 800R package when it goes into production

This question is asked a lot on other kits, but what will the filter placement be like? Will they just be clamped on the compressor inlets or will there be some type of pipe to tuck them up some?

And awesome work/photography!

These turbos are 62mm compressor wheels we are working with Xona to come up with some more options but we expect pretty big numbers from these 62's. We should know in the next few months what our limit is with them.

There will be zero ground clearance lost and no pipes run under the K member like other kits do. The factory plastics will fit back with only minor trimming for the intercooler.

The threaded hole in the collector is for machining and isnt used once the collector is made.

SoCalTim, we expect pricing to be very similar to what we charge now for the GT350 800R and up packages. We dont plan to sell this as a customer installed kit right now. We want to keep the quality in house so they will be installed as a package deal here at the shop. I'll have Trevor post some details of what camera equipment he uses.

Brostang we will have some small intakes that lift the filters slightly but for the most part yes just a filter on the compressor cover. There is not enough room to run an intake up into the engine bay.
