Fan problem. Fans come on and stay on when I start the engine. Even with AC off. [Solved?]

Our cars have a mechanical thermostat, so that can't be it. As mentioned, the fans are only supposed to come on when coolant temp is around 220F. It varies from car to car, but most people can't tell what's going on because most coolant gauges are buffered, meaning they stay in the middle from 180 to around 235F.

Live data would tell you if you have a sensor issue, which is my guess, especially if you already checked the connectors and wiring. But my question is if you can do that with FORScan, and exactly how. Thx.
