The carpet is a perfect mold of the seat bottom and seat back. I'd say the carpet & hardware weighs less than 5 lbs. The rear seats probably weigh about 35 lbs? Maybe someone else can chime in? I removed the rear seat and i would guess it's about 30-35 lbs for seat bottom + seat backs + hardware.
