Product scans, design changes, revisions, securing production, materials cost, labor shortages, process refinement, custom packaging and so many other little details.

It’s even more complex when you aren’t necessarily interconnected with people in the industry and have to develop relationships along the way.

All that said, it’s awesome to see the end result of your hard work and determination result in a smile on someone’s face. Very grateful to all the people who showed support, provided guidance, shared their skills and stayed patient along the way.

Time to start the next round of GT500 carbon fiber Python hood vent production. The last 4 from our initial run are coming home this week.
.
Currently I am slated to build and ship 10 per month. Meaning lead time will be 4-8 weeks depending on when you get your deposits in. These vents are hand laid carbon fiber produced here in the US. Finished with a high temperature clear coat, unlike most carbon parts that only have a gel coat from the mold. Hood vents are a direct bolt on and come with hardware to accept the OEM rain tray.

Cost on these has changed slightly to $1498 delivered to you. DM me your email address and I will create an invoice for you to place an initial deposit of $500, and the rest when your vent is done and ready to ship.

You can still get it done. The owner had his painter do the work custom. Not something I offered.
