Lately, I've been thinking of having 4.5" tips welded to by Borla S-Types. I kind of feel like the 4" tips are looking small compared to other S550's I've seen. What do you guys think is the perfect size tip to fill in a premium bumper?

Pictured below are 4", 4.5" and 5".

I like the look of 4", or 4.5". I guess if I had a choice I'd go 4.5".

4" is fine, IMO. 4.5" is ok, but for the love of god, don't go with 5".

I've seen pics of a few cars on here with 5" tips, and it looks ridiculous.

I definitely wouldn't do 5". I feel like only a car that is heavily modded can pull them off.

I have the ford racing by Borla, which is the 4.5 I think? It looks good. Never really thought about going bigger or smaller.
They're 4" rolled tips like my S-types.

ah ok. you think they're too small? I don't like when there is too much of a difference between piping and tip.
True. The inlet piping size is only 2.5". I think they're a good size but I kind of like how the 4.5" fills in the exhaust cutouts on the bumper, e.g. Corsa, Magnaflows.

I think with 5 inch you gonna run into rubbing issues when the exhaust moves around while driving.
4.5 is about perfect.

Well rolled tips are going to look smaller than what it is. I have 4 inch single wall and they look big. Don't want too big because will be difficult to clean and polish the tips.

4.5 on my MBRP looks perfect. They're massive in your hand but on the car they have the correct radius to match the factory cut out.
