Nothing wrong with your user name. Lots of members here also own Vipers. Congratulations on your purchase!

I had a Ferrari 355 and I have to say I like the sound of this a little better. It has a little deeper tone to it which appeals to me. Plus I don't have to hold my breath as much every time I fire it up hoping nothing is going to break! Haha!
That's a bold statement there! The 355 is the best sounding Ferrari ever made in my opinion and one of the prettiest too. Unless you do the engine in/out maintenance yourself, they can be very costly. Congrats on the purchase and welcome!

I probably would have been expelled if I mentioned that on Fchat! Ha! Although the both have their own unique sound, I still have to say I like the deeper tone of the Shelby. Of course everyone has an opinion. Ha! I actually sold that car when it was do for it's maintenance. It will be nice in three years not to have to pull the Voodoo to change a belt. Ha!

Congratulations on your purchase and “row away.” I started rowing through the gears as a teen and never looked back. As long as I can do the “duck walk,” I will row to the grave. LOL

I picked up this new to me 2017 GT350R a couple weeks ago. Just a tick over 1,000 miles I look forward to putting on many more! So far the experience has been nothing short of amazing. It really checks all the boxes for me. I have gone to the garage just to fire up and hear that cold start no less than a dozen times. Intoxicating sound! My last few toys have shifted on their own. Rowing the gears was missed more than I ever thought it would be. Happy to be a part of the Shelby club of great enthusiasts!

I'm loving the red R with no stripes. Way to keep it clean!

I don't even like red on cars but this thing is absolutely stunning in red with no stripes. I hate to say it but I might even like it better than my stripelss black gt350. :( Congrats man!

Beautiful car and color. Have a black no stripe r and always loved the no stripe red r! Is it a base or tech package? Congratulations can’t go wrong with this car.

Haha! You were smarter than I was. I strayed from the manual for awhile, but now that I am back I remember why I enjoyed it so much. Should never have left! Ha!

Thank you very much! Race Red is a pretty unique red. I can really see the orange in it in the right light. I have not seen a bad color in this car yet though. Ha!

Wow! Now that's the ultimate compliment! Much appreciated! Always hard to beat all black though! I live in the dust bowl called South Dakota so black is clean for about 5 minutes max! Ha! Thanks man!

Thanks for the welcome from the no stripe club! All black looks sinister! I have the tech package which kinda was a requirement. Windows down not my idea of AC! Ha! Thanks again!

Didn’t think I would be able to get a new race red 350r as it’s a hard color to find but I got lucky.

Now that's a proper garage photo! Great set of red's you have there! Nice to have a Raptor for summer cruising and the R for the winter work! Haha!
