On 93 that should be fine. If pressure gets below ideal just drop a DW 415 in there and you’ll be golden. ID1050s can support E85 so that injector is very easily going to support whatever you throw at it on 93.
Hey, if I go with a DW415 would the negate having to use the BAP?

Yes, on 93 with 1050s and a DW415 I’d think no BAP is needed. However, the stock pump seems to hold up pretty well when boosted. Either way, stock pump boosted or DW 415 not boosted you should be fine on 93.

Well I think it would be quite the saving to just install a new pump and not buy a BAP

Arent GT500 injectors really enough? That seems comparable to what Whipple, Roush, VMP, Procharger etc all include in their stage 2 kits.

Sizing up a G3 build but if I’m not careful with the add-ons the price is getting too close to Whipple

Hi. Have you seen complete Whipple systems selling for $7500 or less?. That sounds really Good.

They are $7920 on sale when the 15% off runs. So when the ESS kit is around $6k with a quicker install it seems like a more reasonable option. But then if it needs a dyno session, tune revisions and 1000cc injectors I’m running up the tab again.

Anyway just looking for inputs as I’ve followed this thread for a while and am still undecided

Ive Seen this , and if you are ok with their tune, it’s very Good deal.
If you’re ok adding all that weight to front of car. What’s nice about the ESS is the total weight added is the lowest of the FI systems out there.

Can someone care to comment on difference between the lu47 and gt500 injectors ? Do they both plug straight in the GEN 3 engine ?

Yes, GT500 injectors are enough.
Enough, yes. Pleasant on the tuner and room to grow, apparently not so much.

I should add: you'll need a colder set of plugs, also.

There isnt really 1 specific thing that take the longest, IIRC. I had my car prepped meaning injectors in, BAP done. front bumper and bellypan off, coolant drained, crash bar off and it still took me 6 hours working by myself. This is just something you dont want to rush so taking your time is important.
3 hours flat including installing the injectors and plugs with no instructions

Just ordered my G3 Kit.. besides what comes with the kit (besides suspension stuff), what else is worthwhile to buy to go along with the kit?

Is a thermostat needed or worth it?
New catch cans/seperators?

Yes and yes

170 reichstat and crankcase venting.

Assuming you have your fueling accessories ordered too
