Sweet, I just ordered that one.
Just gotta find the outer red one, which is proving more difficult to locate on google

edit: found it
Will you please share where you found it and a part number if you have it?

I would recommend a G3/120mm setup for Gen 3 or a G3/115mm for Gen 2. This is about as much boost as you should safely run on pump gas. Some have pushed further using octane boosters but those are generally the limits we have seen. Get yourself a set of ID 1050’s or FIC 1000’s with our optional DW 415 pump and you’ll be set.
you say it is safe to run a G3 with the 115mm pulley on a gen 2 engine on 93? Or you meant G2 with 115mm / G3 with 120mm ???

I could be wrong but I think he is saying g3 either way. You can do a little more boost on the Gen 2 because of the lower compression ratio.

G3 with 115mm would NOT be safe on 93 in my opinion
G2 with 115mm would be safe on 93

You're correct. I'm running a G3 on my Gen 2 coyote with a 110mm pulley on 93 and Boostane, Lund tuned.

I was told g2 with 115mm on 93 was able of doing 700whp, that number is doable with the g3 on the 120mm.. I’ll be scared of running 115mm on a G3 using thr lu47

I would ask whoever is going to be tuning your car. That's what I did prior to buying the G3 kit for my Gen2 so I went with FIC1000'S and a BAP.

I’m 90% sure I’m going with PBD just because they did the tune I’m running now.

as far as fuel, i bought a bap and a dw415 to run them together. Now, i already have the lu47 installed on the car, a couple of other users here running the ess kits with the lu47 are doing those numbers. I was thinking on going with bigger injectors but if I don’t need them i can use that money for other supporting mods… I’m not planning on going +800 whp nor running e85 or anything… just plain good 93… I’m already fbo+e85 and i hate having to hunt e85 stations if I’m planning short trips out of town

Can you send me some pics on how you attached yours to the intake hose? Did you drill into your filter, or did you attach it to the intake hose somehow? My mechanic is wanting to drill out the silver plug that's capped off and thread it into that but figured there has to be a different way.

Thanks!

Take the plug out, use the 90 degree in kit from Upr and connect to hose with check valve . That will go to right side of catch
See pics

Gen 2 engine 115mm pulley should be ok on either G2 or G3 on 93 octane. Depends on how high you spin it as well. Obviously log with your tuner to verify. Gen 2 cars are less knock sensitive because of the lower compression ratio.

Do you have any graphs comparing the power and torque curves of the G2 vs G3?

There is a dyno graph of this comparison in this thread somewhere... G2 vs. G3 on a 105mm pulley and e54, I believe. The G3 made more power throughout.
