Hm I'm guessing if your car was running fine before it happened some time during the installation or when the shop was tuning it. Better to just get a new manifold than try to plug it I think.

Looks like the front of the IMRC shaft may have cracked through. It runs through the manifold from the control in the back. It's all suppose to be structural and solid there. I would not attempt to plug that, and just get a new manifold, especially if you are boosted, a patch or plug is just not a good idea.
Good call! I did take out the intake manifold to lock the IMRC but don't remember doing anything high impact that would have caused it to crack through. Super strange...

Yeah it was fine before. I'll most likely get a new intake.

Thank you both for your input! Seeing a hole where there shouldn't be one really throw me for a loop hahah

I would step up and get a 18 up intake. Since your imrc are locked no real tuning change , and you'll pick up a little horsepower for the same amount of money .

Pulley wise for Gen 3 the 120mm is where I would recommend stopping. On 93.

According to the logs that's about as far as you can go without a octane booster.

The 115 on a gen 3 usually requires us pulling back Timing which basically counters the gains.

Gen 3 120mm for 93
Gen 2 115mm for 93

About the same hp/tq limit for 93 for both 15-17 and 18+?

This is a return fuel system from arcane. I bought it off juggernaut performance. It's basically a raidum hat with 2 walbro 465lph pumps. It comes with a wiring harness which is mostly plug and play. The return is inside the hat so you do not need to run a return line. You can do that too if you want though. The hat has the option of shutting off the regulator at the hat and adding a return line. Advertised at supporting 700-1800 whp. Can't wait to get this in. Starts at 1099

I'm hoping to get my G3 setup very shortly. I went with a G3X and a 110mm pulley. The car will have a lethal fuel system and ID1050x injectors. PBD is doing the tuning for it and Im hoping to see 9s and a low 5/high 4 in the 60-130 on E85.

@Brevin@ESS any way I can see when my order might ship? I ordered 3/25 so it will be 4 weeks Friday. I was hoping for this week or next week.

Nice! Next up is @Brad1810r80 :like:

I have the same hat from juggernaut/arcane though I'm running it as a full return system like you mentioned.
Install was straightforward and been flawless on E85.
Will you be running a vacuum line from the manifold to the hat?
