Hey Brad, What is the wheel and tire set up in the pic?Going to try to get some dragy 1/4 mile passes in with the new drag setup if I can go low 10’s on the street I’ll be very very happy!! Still will probably have to leave in 2nd gear.

Is Fedex the only option available? Shipping is $760USD on the siteEvery day is Black Friday pricing for our kits!
Great numbers for a street pass. On a prepped track you'll be in the 9s for sure.So I got my new drag wheels mounted up , went an attempted 1/4 mile dragy pass. I just stopped in road did a very very soft launch in 2nd gear. About 100mph the car started shaking pretty bad and kept getting worse so I let out little after 1/8 mile. Pull over and the tire shop forgot to balance the wheel/tires. So I took back to them and all is good now. Hopefully I'll be able to do another hit tomorrow as its raining here today. This is on 7.5psi 120mm pulley and e30 full.
I just ordered my kit last night, I had multiple options but FedEx was the cheapest at $200 I think. Is Fedex the only option available? Shipping is $760USD on the site

Vortech/Paxton kits ive looked at cost around 450-500 USD to ship to me
I can post one tomorrow although I think there is a video up of someone else already. My suggestion is definitely do it if you want people to know it's modified. It's a nice whine. Not loud but audible with the car running at idle or puttering around. You cant really hear it beyond 2k rpm.has anyone gone for the straight cut gears ? Are they unbearably loud ? Any sound clips perhaps ?
For comparison here's a video of whats supposed to be helical. Honestly I dont hear much difference unless Brevin mixed up units and sent me a straight cut instead of helical gears
Yeah I heard yours and thought that was pretty loud for helical gears. For comparison here's a video of whats supposed to be helical. Honestly I dont hear much difference unless Brevin mixed up units and sent me a straight cut instead of helical gears
