@Brevin_G4_SS I was unable to get the the K061033 belt (103 7/8") to fit on my 2020 GT on the 125mm pulley. had to go grab a K061037 (104 5/16"), which fits much better and seems to be working well. the kit also came with a T-connector to connect the vacuum line to the BOV, however it just needed a straight barbed reducer. not sure if there are any slight variations between mine and the 18-19s, but just thought I would share my install experience.
Were you able to fit the K061033 or kept the K061037?

I have the kit with 125mm pulley coming in tomorrow and not sure if I have to get a longer belt for it.

1033 fit fine for me , I put the belt on by myself, donā€™t try to put it over the supercharger pulley last use the smooth idler right below it.

With the colder temperatures approaching soon, is there a temperature where it shouldn't be driven below, like some of the other companies?

That G3 is impressive! Are you going to run e85 at all? You are tuned by OZ correct?

That's impressive for just 7.5 psi on 93!
I'd estimate you're around 730 whp or so.

A G2 on the 7.5 pulley on 93 (18* timing) with your mods should be around 650 - 670 whp from numbers we've seen.

Can someone knowledgeable on the matter explain why a G3 kit makes significantly more power than a G2 kit making the same boost?
Is it just down to the higher efficiency/less heat produced by the G3 over the G2 pound for pound of boost or something else

Was wondering the same thing. My best 60-130 on my G2 with the 11psi pulley and on 100 octane w 22* timing was 5.97 if i remember correctly. I think Brad and I have roughly the same mods except tuner and the blower.

I want to do the g2 with the upgraded Intercooler on my 21 gt. Will the 9.5 pulley lu47 and BAP be good for 630-650 on 93? No e85 in my area. Open to suggestions.

Yes that combo will be perfect for the power. You could do a dw400 instead of the boost a pump also. Either one.

Sorry I havenā€™t giving any updates but Iā€™ve been enjoying the car this whole time!!! Will be going to the track soon to see how it does.

Tune is close to being done, still doing revisions but man this thing rips. I go to mexico a lot so if any of yā€™all want to see some ESS content follow my Instagram @essblanco5.0.


I pullied down last night and it was very simple. Iā€™ll attach a picture to show how I did it. Just use a long ratchet for the tensioner and angle it as shown in the picture.

This could partially explain why this kit performs so well in the midrange.

Haven't driven a vortex or procharged car but makes sense. On the 11 psi pulley my boost gauge starts seeing boost on WOT at about 2500 rpm. Makes city driving really fun without going past 4500 rpm
