Our pulleys are specified in diameter, but we state an estimated boost level at 7200 rpm on a standard Coyote application using a normal G2 kit. The larger intercooler option will raise peak boost a small amount, as will the G3 head unit vs a G2.

These pulleys are also rated based on our own 2018 mustang here in PHX, AZ. Density altitude and weather will affect boost numbers. If you are in Colorado in 8k DA you will see less boost as the air is less dense vs if you are in Maryland in 0 DA with very cold and dense air. In Brad’s case he ran in 800ft DA and 42 degrees ambient. These are near optimal conditions and therefore will likely see inflated boost numbers.

The proper way to rate a pulley is also not simply “peak” boost. This can be misleading as the engine will see a boost spike as the throttle begins to close before a shift which will artificially raise the boost. This is why if you command a shift at 7400 rpm you should read boost up to 7200 before the throttle begins to close.
I wasn't referring to boost spikes, and my throttle doesn't close between shifts.

It only made 9 psi (125mm pulley) this morning ran 5.30, I've ran a 5.10 on 10 psi (120mm pulley) and 5.50 7.5-8 psi. (125mm pulley)

I'm still running stock fuel system besides 1050x injectors and bap. So I literally cant run anymore boost than stated or I'd be way out of fuel.

It’s no way it’s only making 8.5 psi running those times. That’s unreal!

This shit is crazy. This has to be the best blower on the market right now then. My boy & I both ran similar time My Paxton & his Whipple both around 13-14 psi. You’re doing it with only 9 psi.

Well if the PSIs are right and the fuels are similar then the ESS is keeping the air charge much cooler???

What size tires are you running in the rear?

I always had good luck wi
3.55 , really want a 3.31 but would settle for 3.15
I always had good luck with the 3.55 rear except they tend to whine a bit. The centri cars need more gear to get them moving and up into the boost.

With the ultral low gears of the 10r80 there’s not much difference with that , major difference is with 3.55 your shifting into 7th at 137-138 with 3.15 it’s over 150. Definitely don’t wanna shift into 7th at wot. It kills times and trans lol
