So i got this in today and it didn't work at all lol. Popped it on the line and tightened down the back piece all the way and it was still a little loose. Figured let me see what this does. Touched the positive cable back to the battery and sure enough, fuel misted everywhere lol.

So the first pic is where i connected it on the drivers side. The second pic is the existing sensor mounted in the rail. Third pic is on the passenger side and it goes to some...thing...mounted to the passenger valve cover. Not sure what it is but some part of the fuel system. High pressure pump?

Could i maybe use this line?

I ended up getting that dual pod that replaces the factory PP gauges. I really don't care for it at all. The gauges are super loose in them. I ended up drilling two holes for each pod and using an Allen head set screw to hold the gauges in place. They could have made that a snug fit.

Also... It's not important but is there a dimmer wire somewhere within easy reach?

Edit: just found upr makes one that looks much nicer and has the standard quick connect on it. I trust their stuff. So ill try it out.

It's a gen 3. I think they changed how the piping is for the fuel. But i ordered that upr one. I just think the glow shift one is a piece of shit.

I think I'm good once it gets here. Just curious about that dimmer wire.

Did you use the same vacuum hose as the stock ess kit gives for the maxflow race?
yeah, i used that line to supply a vacuum block. then from the vacuum block i have a line going to BOV and one going to the AEM boost gauge

My Tial BOV sounds amazing. Always turning heads when i drive around. I cant imagine one being even more aggressive sounding.

The tial sounds good, but the maxflow race has a more whistle than blowing air noise, as well as just being a little louder. I dont believe its a huge difference in volume, its the same amount of air released after all.
for me, im raising my exhaust level up a little more so i want more bov noise proportionally

Its significant in volume lol maybe its because the higher pitch whistle is easier to hear. but with my exhaust i could not hear the tial unless it was high rpm (5k+). The maxflow is audible from 2k+. sounds like a jet haha

My exhaust is pretty tame now and i can hear it from the tial but its not like “loud”, its just loud enough to know its boosted. but its also just an air noise, not really a jet which is what im looking for.

it seems like the tial had a break in period (which makes no sense). When i first got the kit installed i was really disappointed in the tial cause you could not hear it but it screams now
