I was close to ordering a complete whipple kit for my gen 3 coyote and then I found this thread. Seems like folks are getting good results from this kit, it is well made, and great customer service. And almost half the price of the whipple stage 2 kit. So as I build it out I have questions.

I Have gone to multiple tuners and getting varying recommendations on how to build it for my goals so I thought I'd go with the experts. Shooting for 700 whp max. But could live at 650. No engine mods or exhaust mods. Only suspensions mods. The G2 kit seems like it may be all I need. Just want a fast street car with reliability in mind. With that said, here is what Im thinking:

G2 Head
G2 IC
GT500 Injectors
BAP
115 Pulley

93 octane is what I'll be on. Tuned either by Lund or PBD. This work for my goals? Lund says to go ahead and get the G3 IC and FIC1000's but wondering if thats too much for what I need. Thoughts?

I'd follow what tuner said. I'm getting parts per PBD recomendations.

115 pulley might be pushing it on a gen 3 with 93 unless it’s great quality. I know others have pulled it off but I’d prepare to run an octane booster to battle knock (if not already planning to do so).

The GT500 injectors should give you enough headroom, Lund likely recommends the FIC1000s in the event that you ever want to turn things up higher.

Id recommend the G3 IC for your setup as extra cooling is never a bad thing.

I ordered the 120mm for 93 and 110mm for E85. I plan to be on E85 99% of the time so I will see how things look on the 110 and then decide if I want more. Really not sure what the general consensus is for “safe” pulley sizes on E85 for a Gen 3. Something tells me the 110 will probably keep me pretty happy.
My 21 401A car went 9.9@142 on the 110mm and E85 with a completely stock exhaust. Not sure what your goals but I wanted to offer this for context. It also went 9.3@153 with full 3 inch and the 100mm - I think it would have gone mid 9s with the full exhaust on the 110mm.

Here’s my recommendation:

G2 headunit
G3 intercooler
120mm pulley for 93
Gt500 injectors are plenty for pump fuel
BAP

That setup will get you to your goals and be very cost effective and reliable

@Brevin@ESS
Brevin, can you confirm these are the GT500 injectors you include with the kits?

Part Number: M-9593-M55GT

I believe there are two part numbers for the same injector. There is a manufacturer part number (Bosch) which is “KR3Z 9F593 AFC” and the Ford part number of the same injector which you listed. So, yes. Those are the same 2020 GT500 injectors we include.

I'm very interested in ordering the same setup for my 20 GT PP1. Just out of the loop on what BAP stands for? I'm looking at your website and going through the G2 drop downs and don't have that one figured out :)
Thanks!!
