Alright, I just read all 222 pages of this and I'm just about to order my kit. How does this setup look?
2021 Mustang GT Auto, 3.15, all stock except wheels, tires, suspension.

G2 kit + G3 IC
125mm pulley
LU47 Injectors
Vortech BAP
M-12405-M50A plugs

Any of this not needed? Anything else needed?

I'm looking to have a safe and conservative low boost setup, maybe ~600hp or so. 91 octane only available. I do 1/4 mile drag strip ~3 times a month spring to late fall (1500 to 6300ft DA).

Reading through this thread, it seems that almost no one goes for the G2 IC. For a low boost setup, could I get away with the G2 or is the G3 IC no-brainer?

We only have 91 octane available here. Is 91 ethonal free or 91 octane with 10% ethonal better?

Is a thermostat needed?

If you are stuck with 91 your parts list looks good. I would stick with the G3 intercooler (cooler air is always better) even though I'm sure you could get away with the smaller one at that boost level. 600 whp probably not gonna happen on 91 / 125mm pulley (no eth. or 10% doesnt really matter). thermostat isnt necessary but is cheap / has to be installed when doing the kit, so that would be the time if you think it would be beneficial (hot climate, road course use, etc.)

PBD told me g2 intercooler is ok with 125mm pulley even living in Florida.

We only have 91 octane available here.
You might want to check if that 91 is actually 91.

If you can find a fuel depot with mixing services, you might be able to score honest e85 for when the mood strikes.

Lund told me to lock them out, seems to be tuner dependent on locking them out or not.

PBD said locking them does nothing. Ordering kit March 1st. Did order the Farmer pulley (122.5 mm) yesterday from ESS as it takes a few more days to get it. Contact ESS directly if you want it as its considered a custom piece.
