Wonder if 3.15s help there
If you don’t mind saying, Who’s your tuner .?
Wengerd. With the 3.15s I can stay in 5th gear until like 132 ish, where you would need to go into 6th with 3.55s (with a 28" tire). I trapped slower when I ran the 10.9 but had a slightly better 60 ft. think that one was around 128.

Last decision before ordering the kit. The color: black or satin? Im almost sure I will go with black.

I see you had a gt350 IM and TB but decided against using it. Any certain reason why?
The throttle body will not work with a gen 3 period. You have to buy the adapter plate and use your own tb or use the bullit/Mach 1 tb.

I wanted to retain imrcs and if I had switched to the gt350 it could be done but the connectors don't plug and play like they do on the Gen 2. It was just more work than I wanted to do for maybe another 2 or 300 rpm.

Thank you for the feedback! I had considered going with the same but may stick with the stock IM or look at other alternatives.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone in this thread for posting great questions and answers! I used this and many other resources to make my decision on which power adder to go with. Install on my kit is finished. Took a while on jack stands but I can say I did it all myself.
Phase 1 complete-
-ESS G3 w 120 mm pulley
-VMP fuel system and rails w dual DW400 pumps
-ID 1050x
-NGK 6510s
-Boundary OPG & CS
-Steeda ultimate “stop the hop” suspension kit w
-tuned by Rob @PBD

Phase 2 will be headers, E85, smaller pulley, Ben Calimer stage 3 transmission, and Mcloud Rxt 1200 (you can see her sitting in the crate in the back 🤑)

Phase 3 will be drive shaft, half shafts, and motor work to get around 1k reliably

Also I don’t recommend doing business with VMP. I had a terrible experience with fitment, leaking fittings, and their customer service is crap. They sent me the wrong hose and said I had to pay for the correct one and shipping. So I just made my own.

Oh and I used Zander’s code to get the black powder coat for free on the G3 and I think it looks much cleaner than the satin.

You gotta watch his YouTube vids. He gives it out in the Mach 1 videos. Not sure if it’s still good or not
