@Edelbrock Tech A question for you: is there anything new on the 15-17 modular inlet stage 2 setups yet? Just wondering if it would be smart of me to wait to get a kit for my 17
Modular inlet Stage 1 and Stage 2 kits will be available for 15-17 cars in the very near future. The old 90mm inlet will no longer be produced.

TB does not look like a production piece.
Correct, that is their R&D model, which is why it's bare aluminum, production models will be anodized from what I'm told. the 18+ throttle bodies are digital now so they need to make sure everything works before releasing them, this is why you can't slap a 11-17 TB on a 18 with out a convertor box

I was talking more about milling through their intake elbow sealing surface. Gotta be something different they can do with that, smaller diameter hardware maybe.

you mean the groove, I mentioned that to them too when I saw it, thought to myself, "that looks like it may cause a vacuum leak"

Cool. I'm really torn between the new Whipple, and the e-force right now, and the Whipple is winning based on hp, but I want the e-force based on the Eaton oem history. Stage 2 with an EO would be where my money goes.
Which SC did you ultimately choose and why?

Still waiting for stage 2 eo to drop, but may end up going with Paxton/Vortech because I'm not really thrilled about losing the strut tower brace. Besides, wheelspin is already borderline with TC off.

They had a video at PRI showing their stage 2 running 9.5's @148mph, so the power is there...2mph away from needing a parachute. And I'm pretty sure that car was no where near maxing out.

What id like to see is FI testing with stock box and the Steeda lid vs FI and stock box and lid.

Steeda claims pretty good gains with lid on NA cars FI should be even better.

Steeda box has had some MAF signal issues from what I read, also, the main limitation is the size of the filter, after that its the size of the lid. Although they're may be some gains to their box, who knows

all ive seen is at idle (tune revision fixed it iirc) and on a FI setup itd be different anyways.
