I'm thinking about getting an MRT Downpipe w/o a catalytic converter. A few questions.
Will I pull a check engine code for not having a cat?
If I do pull a check engine code, what can I do to resolve it?
Will the MRT Downpipe connect to the stock cat back exhaust?
Side note:
I do plan on finishing the exhaust by adding the MRT cat back but if I am able to attach the Downpipe then I can do 1/4 of the exhaust now and the rest later. I also have a Roush CAI and a COBB Accessport. Would the Accessport be able to do anything with the check engine code if I do end up getting one?

Just use an o2 sensor extender like this When you go catless and you will be fine no matter the tune.

Edit: on the Back o2 sensor after the cat, not the front one. You probably already knew that but i just want to make sure.

What is the point behind an O2 sensor extender?
