Ecoboost 10r80 harsh up shifts and downshifts

I've driven 6 different Mustang A10 (v8 and eco, new and used) and they all sucked royally.

add brand spanking new Mach 1 A10 to that list. The behavior in Sport+ mode at small throttle was just scary how harsh the shifts were. Under decent amount of gas it was less obnoxious and disagreeable. But still no excuse for it.
