Not all dealerships are alike, that is for sure. I got a call from a Service Rep at Shawnee Mission Ford. She wanted me to bring my GT in to make sue that the brake pedal recall was working to specification. For the inconvenience the dealer offered up a oil change or top up my gas tank. I took the oil change. BUT not during this visit. No problem. On another issue I wanted her to do was to check front and rear wheel alignment. For $100 I though it would be worth it. Well, they told me that since the car was lowered and f&r sway bars were installed they couldn't do the alignment. The car was too low. I guess I'm the only car with those mods that go to this dealership for that type of work. Let me remind you that this is Kansas and not the thriving metropolis (that I have enjoyed over the years, Chicago) So I took my Mustang GT to another dealership, a bit farther of a drive. I'm booked for the 30th of Septemeber. Phew...
