Drivers door slightly lower at the rear side.. Whistle noise at speed from window

Anyone have any info or links on adjusting the door hinges ? I can make out for certain the door is slightly off. The door seal along the top is slightly lower than the seal on the quarter glass that it lines up with when the door is closed. Also at speed on the highway the Window up I get a slight whistle and wind noise from the top. I think with the door adjusted a few mm the window will likely seal.

You should be able to loosen the bolt on the hinges to bring it up.
