I am a bourbon guy thru-and-thru, but a few flavors have never sat well with me; Knob Creek and Eliah Criaig. My go-to has always been Buffalo Trace and/or Angels Envy. Love old fashioned’s (mostly with Makers Mark) and never was a Jim beam guy, until this showed up…

It is very good, but I can honestly say if you've had Old Weller Antique 107, you've had Pappy 10. Flavor profile is nearly identical. When I get home I'm going to sample them side by side.
