Are you talking about the brightness of them? If so, i agree. They are extremely bright.
Could always go the route of putting some vinyl tint on them (if you like that look). But they are still going to be bright.

I'm sure someone will be able to comment on the FORscan availability of disabling the flash with the trunk.

The one on the trunk lid was removed right after I took that pic. The one on the glass gets all of my vehicles serviced with "the works" (full synthetic oil, rotate tires, full inspections) for under $40

It’s like staring at the sun when you’re a kid. You know you shouldn’t, but sometimes you just do it anyway.

I’ve programmed myself to close my eyes when I deal with my trunk.. I feel like I’m giving myself LASIK otherwise.

I literally have trained myself to close my eyes as i close the trunk, and open them again as the red light rays begin to stop permeating through the thin skin of my eyelids. They are bright, but think about it. This is a problem at night. So while you are out walking to your car, then rummaging through your trunk in the darkness, your pupils dilate. Then you slam that trunk, and your eyes are welcoming every single ray of light with open arms, directly to your retina. THE BEAUTY.

Also, I don't mind. I like that they are bright. When i step on the peddle, i want them to see the lights. Dont give me any of this i didn't see you crap, you can barely look directly at them!

It only gets worse with age. Already have to shade my eyes from oncoming LED headlights BC theysometimes black out everything else when too close. So far so good on the taillights though.

Copy that. And they don't know how to adjust the headlights after they put a 20 inch lift kit on the F250.
