Thank you looks great!
Thanks.

Just beware: I'm lowered .5" all around. This piece will scrape everywhere. I gotta drive it like it was 2" lower.

Haha Iā€™m lowered as well so would have the same issue! Mine isnā€™t a daily so may be able to avoid 90% but Iā€™m sure I would catch it somewhere.

28F this morning but sunny. Had to pull off cover and take it out. Trying to stretch out the season as long as possible before snow and salt hits the roads.

Had to make an early morning Target run and came back to a near twin next to me.

I decided to put photos of the 2015, 2018 and 2024 body styles together. It has been an interesting evolution (yes, I realize I flipped the image of my car from right to left to match the others).

interesting when you look at these you can see the decline of the front hood as the years go on, meaning it seems to get lower than previous... like sliding off a cliff...
as mentioned in the 7g thread, i like the way the outside looks. good refresh, but cannot handle the interior dash.....

"in my opinion" they F**** up the front end with the 2018 refresh. Some idiot had a "darth vadar" theme in his head (true story) and just ruined what was a perfect design with the 2015 refresh. There was a lot of thought and effort that went into the 2015 refresh (see "a faster horse" documentary) and it was just tossed away for the sake of coming out with something different. I think there were some really great things about the 2018 refresh... back end tail lights more aggressive design, quad tipped exhaust as standard, active exhaust, a bit more upgraded interior. But they should have stayed away from major changes on the front end. I believe they could have lowered the aggressiveness of the front cowl.. as I think that was a bit much in the 2015-17 model especially as a shorter person trying to look over that massive hood, but for the most part the front end should have stayed the same.
I do agree that the whole digital dash thing on the 2024 is awful. At least with the 2018 refresh you had a choice and they should have provided that choice with the S7 gen. Until it is all electric an analog option should be provided.

Totally I noticed it too. It's "droopy" in the front. Yeah, it's definitely not "all new" like so many say. But, a good refresh. I am warming up to the dash honestly. I just miss the dual cowl however.

I agree in spades. And since S550 guys like to come on M7G and express their "opinions" as well - let me state that the 18 refresh is atrocious. That front end is the worst thing I've seen since the late 4th gen catfish Camaros. Jesus, why the hell would you buy into that? From 18-22, the only cars worth buying were the Shelby models. Shame they ended GT350 production with the 2020MY. As they say, just my opinion.

Totally disagre With all of the above. 2018+ looks much better and more balance than earlier model.
