Looks like he's got the standard 2018+ PP1 spoiler with a ZL1 Add-On wicker bill!

It’s the PP1 spoiler with the RTR Gurney Flap.
I had the GT350 Track Pack spoiler a couple of years back before putting on the GT500 CF with wicker bill and had issues with it coming apart. When I called them for installation support they said it wasn't necessary to use the rivets on a fiberglass GT350 spoiler and boy were they wrong! The nuts that came with the wickerbill eventually started coming out and there was no way in resecuring the nuts...
Here's the ZL1 Add On's version and it also looks great!
