The guy in the background who was charging his appliance, saw me backing in... he came walking over and asked if my Camaro was some sort of a Hybrid, since he heard the exhaust.... I was only there for the photo opt, so I said yes and it only takes a few minutes to fully charge. I took my photos and left within a minute.

She's a very wet and dirty girl. Just when you thought you were safe from the rain and the odd time it gets you when you're seconds away from an underground garage heading for work, this was one of those times!

If you mean coming to South Florida you might want to skip out on summer lol definitely overrated. It’s brutally hot. Basically it stays hot and muggy till Oct/Nov.

I meant retire. We’ve already got the space picked out just haven’t bought the house yet. We’re getting the hell out of California as fast as we can. As I said I wish we were there already. My wife flies down again in September.

What area you guys looking in. I’ve lived all over South Florida for the last 18 years. Moved from Chicagoland area. The quality of life is great here but we have some rough areas as well.

I grew up in Chicagoland as well. First 44 years there.

We are looking at houses in the Fort Myers area. My wife grew up over there and her Dad is still there.

All the Midwesterner’s love the west coast of Florida. Spent 26 great years in Chicago miss everything about it outside the weather and gun violence. I will say in my experience the people on the West Coast of Florida are friendlier then the South Florida area. Just my opinion. The Longboat Key area to Marco Island area is ideal imo. I planned on retiring myself in Marco but things just worked out in South Florida.
