Do you see B&O sound system in the order tracking for 2021 MY?

I have a 2021 MY order waiting to be built. The dealer has just sent me the VIN, so I headed to https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking# to look at it myself. I was mostly interested to see if all the options I ordered are included.

My build sheet included B&O sound system. But on the tracking site I only see “AM/FM Stereo with HD Radio” and no sight of B&O. Is that expected, since on Build&Price you cannot select HD Radio without B&O? Or it's my dealer messed up and did not tick all the right boxes? I wonder what other see on vehicle tracking if you have a 2021 VIN already.

You might want to check with your dealer. This is what mine looks like.

Mine doesn’t show it either under “interior”; however, it does show the Elite package under “packages.”

There is an option for it. I got a 21 already and when I ordered my car there was an option for it.

The tracking page does not state B&O for me either but the Build receipt sent to Ford does show it.

I'm a little worried about this.

Yes, AM/FM Stereo with HD radio is there.
I ordered Premium Performance Package and everything including floor mats.

Ok, pretty much like mine. Except mine is convertible, not a fastback.

In my case, the build sheet also lists B&O for zero dollars. Which is a bit stupid until you remember that on Build&Price website, you cannot select B&O without HD radio, and vice-versa. It feels like they're the same package, just for some weird marketing reason it's represented by two visually separate options.

Well, okay, it still feels stupid. But at least I think it explains why B&O is not listed on the tracking website. At least, that's how I am trying to calm myself down.

Convertible is ~$5,000 more expensive, as a base price. But you have some extra stuff, including the recaros, mats, wheels and stripes.

Perhaps this has something to do with me contacting the dealer about that last week. But I have not heard back from them yet.

ohhman, I was just about to say you lucked out NOT getting the b&o option. Don't they use paper non-branded b&o speakers?
