I ride static on a Eibach Sportline Pro kit and have for 5 years. Did the same for 16 years prior in a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon GT (still Eibachs). Coming from a lowered suspension and moving to buying my GT new, the suspension felt so floaty on the test drive I almost hated it. Grew so used to the lowered stance and feel it became a part of my driving experience. Now my idiot ass is 40 and I would not have my ride any other way.

Had a younger co-worker think I cut my springs for months due to the ride height. I told him I wanted to slap him to think I would do that at my age. But it got me thinking, any of you have any reactions from family members or friends due to your ride height? All stemming from people who are not in to cars and do not 'understand' it.

Also hit me when I saw this picture of my ride height compared to a stock STI and I am probably twice the age of the dude in the WRX. lol

My car is dropped on steeda ultralites. So about 1.5" (I think?) I bought the car with steeda progressive springs that probably had it lowered around .75-1" and was ok but a little plush and slow responding for my taste. No one has ever mention my ride height, and probably wouldn't know what they were looking at anyway.

The drop is purely a hipshot off the top of my head.. could've been .5 on sport springs and .75 on the ultralites.

I'm dropped on steeda as well. I have always lowered my cars, just because i like the look. My wife always feels like my cars are on the ground. But she has always had an SUV so she always sits up high.

Stock for me, but the 20” wheels fill the gap a bit. I don’t mind the stock ride height, might eventually do the FP Track suspension kit.

Dropped on RTR springs, which are rebranded whiteline, I believe. Great look with the 20s

BMR minimum drop springs. Looks better than stock and no alignment or bumpsteer issues.

Lowered with the BMR's, it sits pretty aggressive to me.

Same optional wheels as my 19. You don't see them very often. Looks great!
